Delivery

Returns
We do not accept returns for refund. In the rare case that a DVD is faulty, we will replace it.
VOD
VOD (Video On Demand) has far superior picture quality compared to DVD.
This option enables you to watch the show in full HD on your computer, tablet, phone or smart TV, just like you would Amazon Prime or Netflix. You also have scene selections as you would on DVD.
Once the show is ready and you have placed an order, you will receive an Email inviting you to create an account at mediazilla.com. As soon as you have created the account, your show, and any future show, is available to watch. Use Mediazilla’s dedicated app or just login in on your computer direct from the mediazilla.com website.
