In the future we may operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or latest news. While it benefits this photography and filming business to be able to show new, regular and exemplary work via this site or corresponding social media channels, and/or to share these images with co-suppliers it is recognised that certain clients may benefit from limitations on this sharing.

Therefore clients have the right to request any of the following: anonymised accompanying text; accompanying text to use initials of names only; online photograph samples showing unidentifiable images only; online photograph samples showing non-people images (details only); or to fully request no online images to be shared. – Names, Addresses and Contact Information of the person(s) placing an order with us.

– Names (and in some cases ages and gender) of all participants of a photo shoot.
– Details and notes taken throughout a photo session or service provided to help us remember conversations during and details of your session.

This includes if somebody purchases a voucher for you – they will usually provide us with your name and details to allow us to process their order, and provide our service to you.

Some of the data we collect is to help provide you with a better customer service experience. We are required by law to collect and store certain information relating to any order you place with us.

We are legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, for example tax records, sale order records, payment records, etc.
